New 3/15

I am currently learning about creating.

I have been listening to a man named Joe Dispenza who helps people shift from survival mode to creation mode.

Everything begins with thought. He claims that we bring forth 90% of yesterdays thoughts into the present day…leaving minimal room for the new.

This made sense to me.

I get up everyday trying to put out fires from the day before. Making sure this is done and that is taken care of…bills, home, animals, children, friends…car…the same life stuff that I live everyday.

To live in the new sounds exhilarating to me.

New thoughts is where I begin.

The first thought is I don’t want to just survive in this life…I want to create in it.

Maybe I’ll create a mess – ha ha – but that’s ok too.

I am a true addict living my life one day at a time in recovery. I have been substance free -meaning NO drugs or alcohol since 5/23/10. My intention is to share my experiences daily in the hopes to free others from the fears of being who they truly are. My wish is to bravely tell my truth so others can tell theirs as well. I want to be free of self hatred and doubt. I want to live a life of joy, kindness, love and grace. Thank you!

  1. My morning share for today.

“It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed,
    because his compassions fail not.
    They are new every morning”
    Lamentations 3:22-23

Mercy and compassion envelop the diligent seeker in the early morning hours just as the dew settles upon the lilies of the valley. His quiet and healing presence sweeps over our souls nourishing, restoring, and drawing us near unto that Heart of pure love. How quickly fades the angst and concern over the fears of the day before us. Light and peace fill the void and empty places within as a quiet confidence springs up from deep within our souls. God is here! Not only is He here but He is listening to our trembling voices and tentative hearts. He gives an audience unto His own; our God is good and gracious!

“Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness
    in the morning”
    Psalm 143:8

  2. If one’s daily routine is relatively unchanging, I find it unremarkable that there will be considerable overlap in our thoughts and the attached emotions. The question becomes which aspect of the day should be changed and why.

    1. This is precisely the question I am presently becoming aware of. What can I or how can I create the new – the new thoughts – be inspired to me movement and actions in my life❤️❤️❤️

      1. You may discover that you first must break the routine and only then have an idea of how to proceed. In any case, good luck!
